Chris Young met emotionele video voor ´Drowning´

New Country ster  Chris Young heeft de video voor Drowning uitgebracht en belicht veel persoonlijke momenten.

Chris Young maakt zijn regiedebuut met de video voor zijn nieuwste hit Drowning. In samenwerking met producer en regisseur Jeff Johnson opent de ontroerende clip met Chris met een foto van Adam Carnes, zijn overleden vriend wiens verlies wordt herdacht in de songtekst.

Afgewisseld in de muziekvideo van Drowning worden er eerbetonen gebracht van concertbezoekers tijdens de  Raised On Country World Tour 2019, eerbetonen aan de overledenen, denk aan echtgenotes, kinderen, ouders, broers, zussen en vrienden . Bekijk hieronder de emotionele muziekvideo!

"Ik ben zo verbaasd over de reactie op dit nummer," verteld Young. “Ik schreef de song met twee vrienden als onderdeel van het rouwproces en had geen idee dat het zoveel mensen zou raken voordat het als single werd gekozen. De video, die zoveel persoonlijke momenten combineert naast een live optreden, belichaamt dat volledig en ik kan niet wachten tot iedereen het ziet. "
