The Shires

The Shires is een Brits countryduo bestaande uit singer-songwriters Ben Earle en Crissie Rhodes. Earle zingt zang, speelt piano en gitaar. Rhodes deelt de leadzang. Het duo is opgericht in 2013 en bracht in 2015 hun debuutalbum Brave uit. Waarmee ze de eerste Britse countryact werden die in de Top 10 van de UK Albums Chart stond. Het tweede album van de groep My Universe werd het snelst verkopende Britse countryalbum in de geschiedenis toen het in oktober 2016 werd uitgebracht.
